In-person • Atlanta metro • All ages
Your child stars in a movie they built.
The same technique behind The Mandalorian, kid-sized. Your child designs a world in Unreal Engine 5: a castle, an alien planet, a dragon's lair. Then a mobile production studio comes to your home: greenscreen, professional lighting, camera. We film your child and put them inside their world. They keep the finished movie.
Limited spots. Every production is one family at a time.
How it works
An 8-class arc from blank canvas to family premiere, all 1:1 at your home.
- Build the world. Your child designs their movie set in Unreal Engine 5: terrain, buildings, lighting, weather. They make the creative decisions; I teach the tools.
- Add the magic. Rain, fog, portals, explosions, glowing auras. Your child learns real visual-effects craft and picks the effects their story needs.
- Film day. The pop-up studio arrives: greenscreen backdrop, professional bi-color lighting, camera. Your child acts out their scenes: hero landings, spell-casting, the works.
- Movie magic. We composite your child into their world, add the effects, and render the final film in cinematic quality.
- Premiere. The family watches the finished movie, starring your child, in a world they built.
What they'll create
- Their own movie world, built shot by shot in a professional engine.
- Visual effects that level up class by class, from weather and portals to energy blasts.
- The graduation effect: a real glowing lightsaber scene.
- A finished short film they star in, theirs to keep and share.
Everything is provided: studio gear, camera, computer, software. You provide the star.
What your child will learn
An introduction to real filmmaking and virtual production, the way modern movies are actually made.
- World-building in Unreal Engine 5: sets, lighting, and atmosphere.
- Visual effects fundamentals, and the movie tricks behind them.
- How greenscreen and compositing work, from the inside.
- Storytelling: planning shots and scenes so the movie lands.
- Confidence on both sides of the camera.

Why families choose it
- A week of group film camp costs more, with no 1:1 instruction and no personal film to keep.
- This is the real pipeline: the virtual-production technique used on actual film sets, taught hands-on.
- The deliverable lasts: a movie your child made and stars in, not a certificate.
Pairs naturally with Game & Simulation Design with AI. Kids who love building worlds can keep going remotely after the film wraps.
